Rebuild Todo List Enchant and libical soname bump

Enchant and libical dropped some deprecated functions and soname was bumped.
Some packages still use these deprecated functions, they will need patches. BLFS has already migrated to enchant 2.x and libical 3.x, their build manuals contain simple sed-instructions. Please generate patches instead.
