Rebuild Todo List OpenCV 3.0.0
[Since we can't delete todo lists, I've set everything to complete to get this off people's dashboards. Create a new list if you want to make another attempt. ~heftig]
[DO NOT REBUILD YET. OpenCV apparently changed API way more than we expected and the rebuild overlaps with exiv2. (~ Bartłomiej)]
All code that depend on the compat, internal (apparently not the best practice) or highgui headers are affected. That's all packages except gst-plugins-bad, nomacs and performous (though, their runtime will have to be checked).
What to do: Please report upstream, since for most of these packages opencv is for a one-off functionality. This rebuild will be scrapped if we decide to push a 3.x instead of rebuild all packages for a 2.x. It's still good to report upstream. (schiv)
